Remove from the processor and stir in with the spices and bread crumbs. Add olive oil and egg and mix together. The dough should be a bit sticky. You can add the second egg or some more bread crumbs to achieve the right consistency.Shape into four patties.Heat additional olive oil in a skillet on medium heat. Sear each side for 2-3 minutes. Serve with a bun or warm pita, tomatoes, lettuce, and something creamy. Feta is my favorite. Hummus makes and excellent spread as well.
