Here is how you make Hillery's Ultimate Veggie Burgers:

Process ingredients in food processor well. This should result in a thick paste and you may have to squish the paste down into the blades periodically to get a good blend.Simmer the chopped mushrooms in frying pan until wet (no oil!). Add cubed toast to soak up any liquid. Stir.Turn off heat. Add paste from food processor. Mix with wooden spoon until cool, then combine mixture into a ball by hand. Divide into 4 equal balls, and form each into a satisfying hamburger shape.Cover a baking sheet in flour and lightly coat bean burgers in the flour as well.Bake at ~200C (to dry them out) for ~10 mins each side.Heat olive oil in frying pan.
