Mushrooms, 1 cup, pieces or slices
Fabulous Flats- Stone baked Pizza Crust (or any flatbread type crust)
shredded Mozzarella Cheese, part skim milk, 1 oz
Feta Cheese, 1 oz
Garlic ,minced, 2 tbs
Olive Oil, 2 tbs
Tomatoe, 1 medium whole (2-3/5" dia)
Basil, 5 leaves
Black olives- sliced, 1/4 cup

Here is how you make Homemade white veggie pizza:

-Pre-heat oven to 400 deg-In a medium Skillet, add (or spray) 1 tbs olive oil. When pan is hot, Add onions and mushrooms. Cook on Med-high heat until carmalized.- Place flatbread crust on a non-stick cookie sheet (Spray sheet w/ non-stick spray) Take remaining tbs of olive oil and coat (or spray) the flatbread crust.-Add minced garlic to the crust, spreading out evenly with a spoon. Top with shredded mozzarella cheese.-Cut tomato into 6 even slices. Arrange slices on cheese layer. Tear Basil leaves and arange over the tomato layer.-Add carmalized onions/mushrooms. Spread evenly across the pizza. Top w/ feta cheese and black olives.Bake in oven at 400 deg for approx 20 min (or until cheese has melted and edges of crust have browned.
