1/4 cup onions, chopped
1 red bell pepper, chopped
6 cloves garlic, chopped
2/3 cup sliced mushrooms
1 cup spinach, fresh, torn
1 large tomato, chopped
2/3 cup black olives, sliced
1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
1 tsp. canola oil

Here is how you make Veggie Pizza on Whole-Wheat Crust with Feta and Mozzarella Cheeses:

1. Pre-heat oven (375F).2. Using a large skillet or wok (I prefer the wok), saute all the vegetables for a few minutes(except the spinach and tomatoes) in the 1/2 tbsp. of olive oil with a bit of black pepper.3.
