3 tbsp Kikkoman Low Sodium Soy Sauce
2 serving Pam - Olive Oil Spray 4 second spray (by DRENSHAW)
1 tsp Pepper, black
1 tbsp *McCormick ground cumin (by CHGOMOMMA)
4 cloves Garlic

Here is how you make Veggie Stir Fried Quinoa:

Prepare quinoa with water as instructions call for to get 2 cups cooked.Chop small dice one cup of each of the following: onions, broccoli, carrots, mushrooms (I prefer portabellas). Fine chop 4 cloves of garlic.Crack 2 eggs and mix for cooking.Do a 4 second spray of olive oil spray to a hot large non stick skillet or wok. With burner on med hi pour eggs into skillet and let cook till you can turn them over like a pancake ( approx. 2-3 min), turn over and cook for addition 1-1 1/2 minutes. Remove eggs fro skillet.Give skillet another 4 second spray of olive oil spray and place on burner on hi, put diced onions in skillet and stir for approx. 3-4 min, add finely minced garlic, carrots, broccoli, and mushrooms to skillet and stir for approx. 5-7 min until the tenderness you desire. Add pepper, soy sauce, and peas and stir.
