Here is how you make Whole30 Zuppa Toscana:

Take sausage out of the casings. Put 2 tbsp ghee in a dutch oven or large pot, let melt and then add in the sausage. Cook sausage until browned and then add in the onion, red chili flakes and italian seasoning. Cook until onion is tender, then add in the garlic. Then add the diced potatoes with 6 cups of chicken broth (or water mixed with chicken bouillon). Bring to a boil, reduce to a simmer and cover for 10 minutes. Then add in the kale and coconut milk.
