Poach fish in a small amount of salt water. Cook potatoes till mashing tenderness in salt water. Mix equal amounts of poached fish and cooked potatoes. (This is a time to use leftovers. ) Chopped green onions, salt, pepper and chayenne to taste. Add egg and combine all well. Shape into patties (I make mine about the size of a small biscuit) flatten slightly and roll in corn flour to coat. Freeze now for planned overs or saute in olive oil, canola oil, or butter.
