Here is how you make Bell Pepper Sub Sandwich:

Cut tops of peppers, cut in half and remove seeds. Boil for about 5 minutes. Meanwhile saute mushrooms and onions in small amount of oil. When peppers are cooked pile into each side equal amounts of Salami, Turkey, ham, bread and butter pickle, saute mushrooms and onions, mozzarella cheese and then squirt on the oil and vinegar sandwich spread.
