.75 c bread crumbs
can of diced chiles
medium onion

How Do I Make Black Bean and Brown Rice Burgers?

Here is how you make Black Bean and Brown Rice Burgers:

Heat olive oil, add onion and saute until soft. Add garlic and halepeno. Saute for 2 more minutes. Combine black beans, brown rice, and bread crumbs, pulse through food processor. Form 4 patties. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1/2 hour. To cook, heat oil in skillet and cook for about 4 minutes per side. Can be served with a grilled roll, lettuce and tomato.
