6 large Green bell peppers
1 pound Lean Ground Turkey
1 cup cooked Brown rice
1 jar healthy pasta sauce of choice


How Do I Make Stuffed Green Peppers?

Here is how you make Stuffed Green Peppers:

Cut tops off of peppers. Scoop out center and seeds. Put in large pot, cover with water, and bring to boil. Boil until peppers are desired firmness. Longer for softer peppers, shorter for firmer peppers. While peppers are boiling, spray skillet with Pam cooking spray. Heat on medium, and add ground turkey. Cook Turkey through, and remove any grease. Add 1 Cup cooked brown rice to Turkey, and pour pasta sauce over mixture. Mix together. Drain peppers and place in a 9x13baker. Fill peppers with stuffing.
