Here is how you make Sweet and Sloppy Joes:

Heat oil in large skillet until hot. Add peppers and onion and cook for 4-5 minutes. Add ground chicken and cook an additional 6-7 minutes until thoroughly cooked, stirring occasionally.Stir in water, tomato sauce, raisins, chili powder, oregano and salt. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer, uncovered, 15-18 min. or until sauce thickens slightly stirring occasionally.Serve on hamburger buns.
