How Do I Make Enchilda Pie?

Here is how you make Enchilda Pie:

Saute onion, bell pepper, and celery in a teeny drizzle of olive oil. Add ground turkey, cook until done. Add low salt taco seasoning. Drain tomatos and add. Cook 5 minutes. Drizzle a thin layer of enchilada sauce in the bottom of a 9x9 pan. Put one tortilla down. Add meat, then rice. Add another tortilla, suce, then more meat and rice. Finish top by using 3 tortillas (fajita size) to cover the whole top. Add enchilada sauce and cheese. Bake at 350 for 20-30 minutes until cheese melts. Serve with black or vegitarian beans.
