Bake chicken breast in 350 degree oven for 25 minutes. Remove from pan, pat with paper towel and set aside to cool.When chicken has cooled, place Craisins in small bowl and fill with warm water just until berries are covered. Soak for 20-30 minutes to soften.While berries are soaking, dice chicken into 1/2 inch pieces.Place cubed chicken, mayonnaise, garlic, salt, pepper and Rosemary in large bowl . Drain berries and add to chicken mixture.
