4 Tbsp Kraft Real Mayo

Here is how you make Double Yummie Chicken Salad:

Boil the chicken for a minimum of 1 hour, you want it to be fall apart tender. Place cooked chicken breast in a plastic covered container and sprinkle with seasoning salt. Refrigerate till completely cool. I prefer to refrigerate the chicken overnight so it marinates in the seasoning salt. Cut the chicken in small cubes, I find it best to use kitchen scissors. Add celery, eggs, mayonaisse and pecans. Season with additional seasoning salt to taste.
