Here is how you make Low Carb Garlic and Herb Chicken Salad:

Sprinkle seasoning on both sides of each chicken breast. Fry in a nonstick skillet with glass lid, sprayed with nonstick spray, on medium heat until done. While chicken is cooking, chop onions and celery, then set aside. Remove chicken from pan and place on a cutting board. Cut chicken into 1 inch pieces and let cool. When chicken is cool, finely chop, but do not mince, then place into bowl with seal tight lid. When all chicken is chopped, add mayonnaise, vinegar, onions, celery, sprinkle 1-2 tbsp seasoning on top, then mix well.
