Mix chicken with apple, grapes, celery and cucumber. Refrigerate and move onto the dressing. Combine dressing ingredient. Add salt or pepper to taste. This is really a "to each his own" dressing. Add whatever spices you like. If you don't like mustard, don't add the dijonnaise. Just keep messing with it until you think it tastes good. Mix dressing and salad and let sit in fridge for a while to marinate. Enjoy! Contains roughly 8 half cup servings. But still relatively low calorie enough to do 4 whole cup servings.
