Here is how you make Roasted Banana and Sweet Potatoes:

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Lightly coat a baking dish with cooking spray.Using a fork, poke several holes in the sweet potatoes. Microwave (or bake in oven if preferred) on high power for about 1.5 minutes. Turn potatoes over and cook an additional 1.5 minutes (or until tender). Set aside to cool. Pee lwhen cool to the touch.Place the banana halves in the prepared baking dish. Bake uncovered until the fruit is soft and juicy, about 10 minutes. Remove from the oven and pour the juice over the bananas. Stir to scrape the drippings and mash the bananas well.In a medium mixing bowl, add the bananas, sweet potatoes, spices and brown sugar. Using an electric mixer, blend until smooth.Trasnfer to an ovenproof servingbowl and return to oven. Bake until wamed through and serve.May be garnished with parsley or additional paprika if desired.
