Here is how you make Sweet Potato and Apple, Baked:

Preheat over to 375 degreesMelt butter in shallow baking dish (I used a 9" square dish), add diced potatoes and apple. Sprinkle sugar & cinnamon on top.Stir all well. Cover with aluminum foil & bake 1 hr The original recipe has cooking uncovered at 425 for 30min. I put mine in with my main course in the oven & had no problems that way.
