10 slices Ginger Root (1/8th cup) chopped
4 Garlic Cloves chopped
1 Medium Onion chopped
1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 tbsp Salted Butter
1/5 tsp Cayenne Pepper
1 cup water

Here is how you make Zenout's Spicy Ginger and Garlic Peas:

Chop garlic, ginger, onion, cayenne pepper. Sautee in olive oil on medium for 5 minutes. Add fozen peas, water. Bring to a boil. Cook on medium/low until water evaporates, about 20-25 minutes. Turn off heat. Stir in butter. Voila!If you want less mushy peas add less water, cook for less time. More mushy, do the opposite.Easily reheated and tastes even better the next day.
