5 slices Precooked Bacon

Here is how you make Stuffed Mushroom Caps:

Soften cream cheese in microwave for 15 seconds. Chop bacon and scallions into small pieces, combine in a bowl with mozzarella, horseradish and cream cheese. Mix well.Preheat oven to 350 degrees.Clean mushrooms and remove stems. Place caps, hollowed out side up on a baking sheet. Spoon the filling into each cap.
