Here is how you make GastriKate's Stuffed Mushrooms:

Remove stems from mushrooms and mince together with garlic and bread. Place 1 Tbsp butter in skillet and slowly saute stem mixture. Combine olive oil with 1 Tbsp melted butter and smear all over mushroom caps, inside and out. Remove stem mix from heat and place in bowl with Parmesan and stir well. Slice string cheese into 13 disks and place each disk inside a mushroom cap. Top with stem and Parmesan mixture.
