Stir in the water and the molasses until blended; the dough will be wet and sticky.2. Cover with plastic wrap and let stand at room temp until more than doubled in size and bubbles are present on the surface - 12 to 18 hours.3. Stir in the remaining .5 c bread flour. Cover again with the plastic wrap; let rise two hours longer.4. Lightly oil an oven-safe 5 qt round Dutch oven; cover and place in oven. Preheat to 425.
