Have all ingredients at room temp or a bit warmer.put first 10 ingredients and 2 cups flour mix in large mixing bowl. Beat 5-10 minutes at medium speed. By hand stir in another 2 c. flour, no need for it to be smooth. Sprinkle about 1 c of remaing flour on a kneading surface and turn out dough on it.Oil your hands and knead the dough, using your fingertips, incorporating the flour on surfce into the dough until it isn't sticky. Knead another 5-10 minutes until smooth and elastic.Cover wiuth plastic wrap and a towel and let rest 20 minutes. Punch down and divide into 2 equal parts.On oiled surface, with an oiled rolling pin, roll out into an 8x12" rectangle. Roll up into "jellyroll" from the small end, sealing well.Place in well oiled bread pans with seam side down. Brush with melted margarine, cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for anywhere from 2 to 24 hours.About 10 minutes before baking preheat oven and remove dough from refrigerater. Uncover and prick any air bubbles that have formed.Bake 30-35 minutes in 375F oven.
