Here is how you make Linda's Wheat Bread Recipe:

Mix yeast and water, add honey and oil, also 2 T lecithin if desired (good for heart). Grind 5c wheat, add, mix for 3 minutes. Let rise 20-30 min. Grind 3 c wheat, add to mixture with salt, dough enhancer, and gluten. Mix 10 Min. let rise 8 minutes. Punch down, portion into 5 loaves and place in greased pans. Let rise to desired size (Note: if it rises too much it will deflate when you put it in the oven and not be 'pretty'.) I let it rise about 20-30 minutes. Bake 350 for 30 minutes.
