How Do I Make Power Bread?

Here is how you make Power Bread:

The day before, soak the flax seed with the raisins and let soak over night. Put walnuts (or raw sunflower seeds) in processor and process until fine- pour that into large mixing bowl. Puree the raisins and flax seed; add to the bowl. Incorporate the rest of the ingredients to bowl and mix with a hook for approximately 8 minutes, or kneed by hand until windowpane forms (at least 13 min).Let rise for 2 hours.Divide into three loaves for pans or free form; let proof for about 90 minutes.
