Chop the Apple into small pieces and place in an empty bowl. Add 1/8 cup of Splenda and 1 tbsp of Cinnamon to apples and mix gently with fingers so as to evenly coat the apples.Add remaining 1/8 cup of Splenda and 1 tbsp of Cinnamon to the second bowl and mix together. With fingers, gently flatten the biscuits to look like mini pizza crusts and sprinkle with a small amount of cinnamon/ Splenda blend. Add about a tbsp of the apple mix to each mini-pizza and sprinkle a small amount of cinnamon/Splenda mix on top. Bake at 450 Degrees for 8-10 minutes.
