What Are The Ingredients For Hi Fiber Snack Or Breakfast Bars Recipe?

The ingredients for Hi Fiber Snack Or Breakfast Bars are:

13"x9" pan
Waxed Paper
PAM
Baggies or Zip Lock Bags

2/3 C. Brown Sugar Splenda Baking Blend or Brown Sugar-will add calories with reg. Br. Sugar
1/2 C. Honey
4 Tbsp. Smart Balance Margarine
2 tsp. Vanilla Extract or Vanilla
12 tsp Morton's Lite Salt
1 1/2 C. General Mills Fiber One Bran Cereal-crushed
1 1/2 C. General Mills Honey Clusters Cereal-crushe
1/4 C. Aldi Fit & Active Dried Mixed Berries-chopped
1/4 C. Sliced Almonds-chopped

Variations: Can use 1 C. of each cereal + 1 C. Toasted Oats, 1/2 C. Peanut Butter, and Coconut. Corn Syrup can be used instead of the honey, more of the fruit and nuts or other fruit or nuts, or any other favorite cereal you choose. This recipe lends itself to experimentation. Since It's very humid with all the snow I added 1/2 C. extra honey and 1/2 C. Sugar and an egg per 3 C. mix and baked it at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Otherwise it won't hold together. It adds more calories but I wanted a bar for easier consumption.
