Remove from heat immediately. Stir in finely chopped peanuts and vanilla. Add 2 cups of the confectioners sugar and blend well using a sturdy wooden spoon. Add graham cracker crumbs and blend well. Add remaining confectioners sugar and blend well.Roll into 1 inch ball and set on wax paper.
