How Do I Make Creamy Onion Soup?

Here is how you make Creamy Onion Soup:

Chop onions and garlic to desired size. Saute in frying pan with 1/2 stick of butter. In a pot, melt the other half of stick of butter and add flour to make roux. It will be super thick, so add some of the water to keep it creamy. Dissolve the bouillon cubes into the rest of the hot water, and add to the roux. Whisk in the onion/garlic mix. Add pepper, salt, garlic salt, or any other preferred seasonings. Let boil to combine the flavours. Add the cream and cook for an additional 10 minutes.
