2 1/2 t sesame oil

Here is how you make Asian Egg Soup:

Bring stock to a simmer with ginger, onion powder, garlic, turmeric, chipotle pepper, black pepper, soy sauce, vinegar, sesame oil and parsley. Peel one carrot and shave with peeler then chop to desired size. Cut into thin slices about 1/4 C onion. Add carrot and onion into stock. Crack 8 eggs and whip with fork in a bowl. Turn stock mixture up to a higher heat until slightly boiling. When stock is bubbling stir in beaten eggs.
