Mix ground turkey, italian seasoning, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper together. Roll into very small balls. Bake at 350 for about 15 to 20 mins. or until done. Drain.Pour chicken broth, and water into crockpot. Add chicken bouillon, garlic flakes, onion flakes, and creole seasoning. Stir well. Add carrots, pasta, and meatballs.Cook on high until pasta is done and carrots are tender.
