Makes 14 cups (4.6 x 3 cup servings).Saute beef, onion, garlic and olive oil. Add above to a large soup pot with beef broth or prepared bouillon.Dice carrots and potatoes, add to pot. (I parboil these in the microwave first if I'm making this recipe in a rush!)Add frozen peas and corn, barbecue sauce, worchestershire sauce and seasonings.
