Saute the onions and pepper until the onions are transparent.. Add one clove garlic and continue cooking for 30 seconds. Add mushrooms, and spices. Cook a few minutes longer then add tomato soup, the can of tomatoes and sauce. Add about 1 soup can of water. Simmer about 10 minutes or until peppers and onions are soft.
