1 can tomato paste (6 oz)
1/2 cup bulgur
4 cloves of garlic (or 2 tsp garlic)
4 cups water
2 cups lowfat milk (1%)
2 tbsp flour
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp nutmeg
salt and pepper


How Do I Make Tomato Bulgur Soup?

Here is how you make Tomato Bulgur Soup:

Melt butter in Dutch oven. Add chopped onion. Saute for 8 minutes. Add garlic and dry bulgur. Saute for 3 minutes. Mix tomato paste with water and add to onion/bulgur mixture. Bring to boil and simmer for 40 minutes. Mix flour in cold milk. Add cinnamon, nutmeg, salt and pepper. Add to Dutch oven. Bring to boil and cook for about three minutes.
