Here is how you make Left over Turkey meat and Noodle Soup:

In large pot put chicken broth, water, garlic, salt and pepper. Bring to a boil, add egg noodles and cook approx. half of the recommended cooking time. While noodles are cooking chop 2 cups of carrots, 1 cup of celery and 1 lb. of left over turkey meat into bit size pieces. Add carrots to noodles let cooking on medium heat approx. 5 mins or until about half done then add celery and turkey. continue cooking on medium heat until all ingrediants on tender. remove from heat let sit to cool slightly then stir in sour cream.
