Here is how you make Vegetarian Baked Ziti:

1. Preheat oven 400. Spray 13 x 9 pan with pam and add peppers and zucchine. Bake 15 to 25 until soft and starting to brown. (Stir every 10 min or so)2. While veggies cooking, start pasta and cook onions and garlic in olive oil until soft and translucent in pan (big enough to hold sauce later) over medium heat.3. Pour sauce into pan and simmer until warm.4. When veggies are done in oven, mix into sauce. Mix in drained pasta and stir, then respray 13x9 pan and pour mixture back in5.
