Heat oven to 450.Saute onion in t tspn butter for 4 minutes, then add garlic and saute for 2 more minutes.Remove mixture and add 1 tspn butter and brussel sprouts.Saute for 2 minutes, then add vegetable broth, spices, and onion/garlic mixture. Saute 1 minute then add tomato and sausage patty. Pour contents into buttered, oven safe pan.
