Reserve 1/4 c of a combination of the cheeses. Layer some tomatoes and chilis on the bottom of a sprayed casserole dish. Place three tortillas, then 1/2 of the beans, 1/2 of the cheese, 1/2 the onion, and cover with tomatoes and chilis. Repeat with tortillas, beans, cheese, onion, tomatoes, and chilis.
