This caserole is my favorite. The ingrediants seem incredibly random, but when put together the result is devine! My husand is also a huge fan of this recipie and is excited every time I make it.I use Quorn Chik'n in this recipie, which I believe is the best chicken replacement out there. If you prefer a different type, I am sure it would work well too. Non-veggies, go ahead and put real chicken in!

Here is how you make Vegetarian Country Casserole:

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.Prepare the pasta as described on box; throw the peas right in with the pasta to save time. Microwave the Quorn until mostly cooked. In a large bowl, mix pasta, peas, Quorn (chicken), soup, milk, half the cheese, half the onions, and salt and pepper. Spoon into a 9x13 casserole dish.
