15 ounce can red beans
24 ounce can Crushed Tomatoes
2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1 bunch of kale
2 large onions, chopped
4 cloves garlic
1 tbsp unsweetened Cocoa Powder,
1/4 cup Chili powder
1 tsp cayenne pepper
1 tsp ground cumin
1/4 tsp ground cloves
1 tsp Cinnamon, ground
1 1/2 tsp salt
5 oz plain green yogurt


How Do I Make Kale Skyline?

Here is how you make Kale Skyline:

Saute the kale in the vinegar until wilted. Then add onions and garlic and saute. Add half the spices (cocoa, chili powder cayenne, cumin, cloves, cinnamon). Then add crushed tomatoes and the other half of spices and simmer until you think it looks done. Pour into a blender (I use a ninja) and puree. Mix in Greek yogurt. Enjoy!
