Here is how you make Vegetarian Pasta Recipe:

Note: Cooking time is approx. depending on preference for pasta texture.Boil water for pasta. Add pasta when water is boiling, strain when pasta is at desired texture. While water is boiling and pasta is cooking, put stove on medium heat. Add 1.5 tbsp of extra virgin olive oil to a wok-like pan. Chop 1.5 cups of onion and 5 cloves of garlic and put in wok-pan, then add spinach, some chopped pieces some whole, 1 can of Hunt's diced tomatoes, and 1/2 cup of fresh cilantro, some chopped some not. Cook (don't forget to stir!) until veggies are at desired texture.
