What Are The Ingredients For Veggie Pasta Bake Recipe?

The ingredients for Veggie Pasta Bake are:

1 lb pasta slightly cooked (prefer shells, cooked 5 mins)
1 jar of marinara sauce (prefer homemade, 3 cups)
8 oz Non fat cottage cheese (pureed in food processor or blender)
2 Tb Parmesan cheese separated
1 Cup chopped cauliflower
1 cup chopped onion
.75 cups chopped bell pepper (green, red or whatever)
.75 cups chopped carrots
2 cloves chopped garlic
2 tb basil and parsley (FRESH!)
.5 cup lite shredded mozzarella cheese

-First boil pasta for about 5 mins, being sure it is undercooked, as it will cook more in the oven.

-Preheat oven to 400 and prepare large casserole dish with cooking spray.
-saute chopped veggies in oil add salt and pepper to taste
-separate parm cheese into two different tablespoons
-mix one tab of the parm with mozzeralla and set aside.
-mix all of the ingredients together and add to casserole dish, top with the cheese mixture and bake for 30 mins or until cheese is browned.
