Sprinkle Montreal Steak seasoning on meat. Add meat and diced onion to oil and saute until meat is slightly browned and onions are translucent. Add 3 cans of Great Northern Beans and the liquid from the cans. Add 2 cups of water and beef bouilion cubes. Dice the potatoes and add to soup. Add in the bay leaves, chives, salt, pepper and celery salt. Bring to a boil, then cover and simmer for about 20 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
