Add the vegetable stock slowly and continue to knead until it becomes pliable, kind of like bread dough. (5-10 mins) (also, taste a small bit of the mix to check for salt...if it needs more, add some!)-form the dough into 9-10 cutlets and place in a baking dish greased with cooking spray.(option: I typically let mine marinate overnight in a mixture of Newmans Own Herb & Garlic Marinade, veggie stock, liquid smoke and olive oil. if you do this, beware of the sodium in the marinades!)-cover and bake for about 90 minutes on 350, turning at 30 minute intervals.
