1/3 cup dried white wine or vegetable broth
1 T cornstarch
3 T Hoisin sauce
1/8 t black pepper
1 pkg Morning Star Chikn strips
2 T olive oil
1.5 c bite-size fresh cauliflower florets
1 lg red or green bell pepper, cut into bite-size strips
2 cloves Garlic, finely chopped
1/3 cup sliced almonds, toasted

Here is how you make Stir-Fried 'Chikn' with Almonds:

1) Cook and drain fettuccine as directed on pkg. 2) Meanwhile, in a small bowl, mix broth, wine, cornstarch, hoisin sauce and pepper; set aside. Cut chikn strips into 3/4" cubes and set aside. 3) Heat wok or 12" skillet over high heat. Add 1 T of the oil; rotate wok to coat side. Add cauliflower and bell pepper; cook and stir about 4 minutes or until veggies are crisp-tender. Remove vegetables from wok. 4) Add remaining T oil to wok; rotate wok to coat side. Add chikn and garlic; cook and stir gently over high 5 minutes. Stir in broth mixture. Cook and stir about 1 minutes or until thickened. Stir in veggies and fettuccine; heat through.
