Add 2 tbsp of sesame oil to each of the frying pans. Slice your chicken breast into bite-size pieces and set aside. Once the oil has heated in each pan, add 1 tsp of minced garlic and 1 tsp of lemongrass to each frying pan. Add the chicken to one of the frying pans, and the sliced peppers to the other.In a small bowl, empty the packet of pad thai sauce; add the peanut butter and place in the microwave for 30 seconds. Stir until the peanut butter is combined into the Pad Thai sauce. Add the lime juice to the vegetables, and the white, stalky parts of the green onions. Once the chicken is fairly cooked, increase the heat to medium-high and add a tablespoon of the peanut butter Pad Thai Sauce mixture. Add the beansprouts to the vegetable mixture as you wait for the chicken to brown slightly. Once the chicken is browned and well-cooked, add it to the vegetable mixture (but drain off 3/4 of the excess liquid first), as well as the rest of the Peanut Butter and Pad Thai sauce mixture.
