1 tsp cooking sherry
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp sugar
4 chicken breast, cut up
6 stalks celery, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
1 cup chicken bouillon

Mix cornstarch, vinegar, sherry, soy sauce and sugar. Marinate chicken in mixture 1 hour. Heat oil in skillet, roast walnuts and remove from pan (watch closely, they brown fast). Fry chicken until it turns white, remove. Stir fry vegetables. Add walnuts, chicken, marinade and desired amount of bouillon. Heat through.
