Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.In a pan cook bacon until crispy. Drain some of the grease. Add the onions and garlic until translucent. Add Collards and vinegar saute until wilted. In a bowl beat the eggs together. Add the Whipping Cream, salt, and pepper.
