4 cups chopped romain lettuce
1 avocado

2 Tbsp. fresh cilantro leaves (more or less)
1 jalapeno pepper sliced (more or less)

Here is how you make Chicken Guacamole Salad:

Sprinkle hot pepper sauce and black pepper on chicken and set aside while you prepare your vegetables. Grill your chicken while you put together the salad.Chop lettuce and put 2 cups in the bottom of each bowl. Dice avocado and put half on each bowl of lettuce. Squeeze the lime on the salad. Add the tomatoes, onion, cilantro, and jalapeno peppers (if you wish).
