Here is how you make Roasted Salsa:

Slice tomatos and onions. Lay out on roasting pan or baking pan. Drizzle with 2T olive oil. Roast on broil for about 5 minutes or until showing light brown. In a food processor, chop peppers. In a sauce pan cook peppers in remaining olive oil. Dice roasted tomatos and onion, add to peppers.Stir in all remaining ingredience. Cook on medium for 5 minutes.
